Yoga

Over the years, I have been able to practice and teach different types of Yoga thanks to which I have diversified my knowledge and this allows me today to adapt the classes to the rhythms and particular needs of people, going from very intense and fluid classes to slower and static classes. But it is not only the practice of yoga that gives sustenance to the classes, the integration of elements learned in other bodily experiences such as high performance training or my experience as a dancer add support and a source of inspiration and knowledge.

A point of vital importance about the classes, and that I do not want to stop mentioning is the work on breathing. During the practices, the conscious work of breathing is maintained as a support for the postures or as the central axis of the exercise. Pranayamas and other breathing exercises contribute to the awareness and flexibility of our entire respiratory, muscular and skeletal system. Without a doubt, breathing also helps to keep our mind more serene and focused, being able to reduce stress and anxiety levels over time and with continued practice. It is for all this, that I use them as a tool on a regular basis.

A clear example of what was mentioned above is the application in the practice of Yoga of the basic concepts of Global Active Stretching®, which help to understand from a global and healthy perspective, the way to stretch our body and make it more flexible day by day, without hurting it.

The aim of the classes is to transfer all this knowledge to a conscious practice of yoga, where everyone, with their needs and possibilities, can acquire new tools to learn and generate healthier movement patterns.

"Start enjoying a healthier life today."
